Narrative:
ServiceNow is dedicated to making the world work better for everyone. Through its cloud-based platform and solutions, it helps organizations digitize, unify, and streamline their operations, enabling smarter, faster, and more efficient workflows. The creative concept for the space aimed to mirror this journey of transformation and innovation moving from an open to private enclosed space.
Design:
The visitor experience was structured into three distinct zones. Guests first entered an open, circular digital space showcasing ServiceNow’s AI technologies, offering an immersive and dynamic introduction and Keynote presentation. They then transitioned into a semi-private area featuring semi-enclosed demo stations for deeper, hands-on demonstrations. Finally, the journey concluded at an Executive Circular Lounge, complete with private meeting rooms, providing a sophisticated setting for high-level discussions.
Outcome:
The space successfully embodied ServiceNow’s brand values of innovation, connectivity, and efficiency. It created a seamless visitor journey from discovery to engagement to business dialogue, enhancing understanding of ServiceNow’s offerings and fostering stronger, more meaningful client relationships.
